What a beautiful weekend in CT. Took Saturday off from riding so that I could support the LLS/Volvo Cup Regatta in Mystic. It was a great day for sailing (though a little light for racing). Still, a great time was had by all.

Hopped back on the bike this morning for 40+ miles of mountain climbing in Hebron. Feeling better every day!
